Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, as outlined below.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:
- Headwear: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on headwear items such as hats and caps.
- Slippers & Flip Flops: For hygiene reasons, slippers and flip flops are also non-returnable.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. You can use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow the following time for the refund to reflect in your account:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and processed. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us.
